At first I thought that Disney was trying to test Al Micheals. "Lets see if this co-anchor makes him jump from the press box." I mean Joe Theisman?? That guy is terrible. But then Al is released from his contract so he can go work with Madden, who has his moments. But is much better than Theisman could ever wish to be. Now we get Tirico who is just bareable when he call college football and Kornheiser who is a writer. Why don't they get someone up there who played the game well, not a guy who is famous for his broken leg. The only booth I want to see Theisman in is one he is locked into with LT and not Ladainian Tomlinson.
My selections: Berman, Tom Jackson and Stuart Scott. Or how about Stuart, Tom Jackson and Sterling Sharpe? Personality, knowledge and fun. Hell put Dan Patrick and Keith Oberman up there with a former player. That would be good TV.
I am not really looking forward to MNF next year with these guys calling the game, I don't know about you.
